Carl and Amber Blanco are the proud owners of Town Center Floors. As a family-owned company, they’ve been serving the DFW area and beyond since 2010. With extensive experience in construction, flooring, design, and customer service, they personally apply their skills to every client. Their installation teams consistently achieve high standards in cleanliness, efficiency, and attention to detail. 

What truly makes them stand out is their commitment to a referral-based business model. They take great pride in their track record, forming lasting relationships and creating loyal customers for life.

Carl, originally from New Orleans, started his career in 1983 at Home Depot. He spent nearly 20 years advancing and training employees within the greater Louisiana region. Highly skilled in various areas of construction, he takes on roles as the estimator and field supervisor. 

Amber, who has always had a love for design, began her career with a chance visit to a tile shop while in design school. Highly organized and detail oriented, the parts of her work she values most are building relationships and creating beautiful spaces. 

Fate brought them together in 2003 while they were both working for the same flooring company. They officially opened the doors to Town Center Floors in 2010, initially partnering with Amber's parents until their retirement in 2019. Married in 2015, they truly enjoy working together daily. When they are not updating their clients' spaces, they love spending time with friends and family, traveling, cooking, and caring for their two pets, Sipsie and Mister Cheese.
